Survey of trans people seeking ordination

Survey of trans people seeking ordination, by a trans Graduate Theological Union student:

“This is a survey for transgendered people who are seeking ordination or who have already become ordained ministers. This is part of a larger research project about the obsticles specific to transpeople on their ministerial path. There is very little scholarship on this work right now, so I am gathering stories to better understand what kinds of shared barriers we are experiencing in hopes that this will help us find more support in the greater ministerial community.

So that you know where your information is going, let me share a little about myself. I identify as a Christian transman. I am currently in my second year of seminary in Berkeley, CA and I plan to seek ordination. In line with ethical research practices I will be keeping all personal information confidential. If you have any questions regarding the study, please feel free to contact me at trans.minister@gmail.com.
